No, MLS United is an open MLS available to all real estate licensees who meet application requirements.

A Participant is the broker or principal broker who holds the MLS membership for their brokerage. A Subscriber is usually a licensed agent, appraiser, or broker associate who accesses the MLS through their broker’s participation.

If you change brokerages, your MLS subscription will need to be transferred to your new Participant broker, and your access may be temporarily paused during the transfer process. Proper status change forms will need to be completed by the current and future brokers, along with copy of license and transfer fee.

Yes. Subscribers can cancel their MLS subscription by notifying their broker and submitting a status change form. Fees are not refunded. *subscriber would need to be leaving the participants roster or completing an MLS of Choice Waiver
