The Sarasota
Association also participates in an MLS Cooperative along with seven
other regional Associations of REALTORS® along the Florida West
Coast.
The
Cooperative consists of the following Associations, comprising more
than 16,000 REALTOR® members:

The geographic area
covered by this Cooperative stretches from Pasco County in the north
through Charlotte County in the south. While the Co-op currently has
eight associations, it has the capability of adding others as they
decide to join. The new MLS
Cooperative will allow each Association’s members the ability to also
search for MLS listings through this reciprocal system. This added
capability will allow greater exposure and provid more options for
available real estate properties up and down most of the west coast of
Florida. Listings
that are added and revised on each Association’s MLS system will
automatically be sent electronically to the new MLS Co-op. Association
members will be able to search properties for sale as well as to view
historical data.

The types of residential property that
can be
listed on the MLS include:

TRIPLEX, QUADRUPLEX, VACANT LAND, LOTS AND ACREAGE !
The listing programs offered by traditional 6% real
estate
